Cold-pressed oil (Lakdi Ghani) is extracted by slowly crushing seeds under a wooden pestle without applying external heat or chemical solvents. Refined oil is subjected to temperatures over 200°C and chemical bleaching agents, which strips natural nutrients and aroma.
Because our oils are 100% unrefined and settled naturally without chemical filtration, micro seed particles may settle at the bottom. This is a hallmark of natural purity and authenticity.
When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our cold-pressed oils maintain peak freshness for 6 to 9 months. Keep containers tightly closed after use.
